Nice fit and finish. Looks really good.
There should be another way to attach the member pin to this hat without using the inside pin stop without it sticking into our forehead.

This is a great ball cap. It fits like it's supposed to. It's also adjustable if need be, which is a great feature. I will buy it again.
A little small and the brim is a little stiff. Glad it's adjustable.
