To fragile and bend very easy
A liitle slow on turnaroud
I ordered two ribbon holders. They arrived quickly. One was slightly damaged. Appeared to be manufacturing problem. I call about it and a replacement was sent right out. It arrived quickly. I am very impressed with the service.
A little tight and a challenge to squeeze the ribbons in.
