    Nothing wrong with these pins, but when used on a cap the pin backs stick into your forehead and are uncomfortable, perhaps unsafe if you bumped something. Consider using a piece of moleskin (same stuff as for hiking blisters) over the pin backs to protect your forehead. That has worked great for me for years now, it is inside your cap so is invisible to anyone but you.
