Came neatly folded and shipping was very quick with no issues.
Colors are bright, but material is not as stiff as my operational ensign. I needed a new one for bigger boat. Not sure how long it will hold up on windy patrols.
Disappointed that the stars are printed and not sewn. I wouldn't have purchased had I known.
